Local Cotton, Natural Dyes
Our soft, fluffy cotton is grown locally, near the weavers’ homes where they spin it into yarn. But before the cotton bundles reach the cooperatives and IOU weavers, they are dyed and set out to dry in the only sustainable dyeing plant in Tamil Nadu. The dyeing process is done by hand (by men only)...
